To create a safe, supportive, and inclusive space where women of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels can connect, embrace active lifestyles, embrace wellness, foster community, wellness education and collective empowerment.
Our VISION
A Community where every woman feels supported, seen, and empowered to prioritize her health and well-being through physically, mentally, and emotionally within a strong, inclusive community.


What We Do
We provide wellness-focused activities that support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Our core offerings include:

Weekly Walks & Trail Hikes: We explore Edmonton and surround beautiful trails and natural spaces through regular 5KM-10KM walks every Saturday morning, welcoming women of all ages and fitness levels.

Guided Hiking Retreats: We engage in seasonal hiking adventures to Alberta’s scenic destinations, led by professional guides, which offers deeper wellness engagement and connection to nature.

Wellness Education Workshops: We offer interactive workshops on stress management, mental health, women related health topics, emotional wellness, nutrition and self care, facilitated by experts in the community.

Community Building and Representation: through shared lived experiences, inspiring storytelling, and empowerment. In addition to increasing the visibility of immigrant women in outdoor spaces.

Community Engagement: We collaborate and partner with local organisations, participate in public health initiative/research programs, and celebrate cultural events that align with our values of diversity, wellness and inclusion.

Community Gardening: We encourage and support women to grow and nurture healthy food choices in their homes and community.
